COVID-19 notice

March 19, 2020 - Servicing many clients, Hatenboer-Neptunus is taking her responsibility to contain spreading the virus among employees as well as our clients and business partners. Following the recommendations of the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), the Port of Rotterdam Authority, Hatenboer-Neptunus implemented several measures as a consequence regarding personal contact, traveling, working from home, etc. We have been able - under strict hygienic and working instructions - to continue our water supply to serve our clientele in the best possible way.

Drinking water is a vital necessity for life and water is vital in many industrial processes.

All office personnel has instructions to work from home wherever possible and with our various means of communication, backed up with a strong IT network, we are open for business. Although we want to minimise the impact on our daily operations, the situation can affect the handling speed or times of delivery of both our supply by water barge and by truck for which we ask your understanding. We evaluate our measures on a daily base. Maintaining maximum care for everyone, we wish you all the best in these challenging times.
