An emergency order! The Aida Luna cruise vessel needed to follow a different route due to stormy weather.

Unexpectedly strong wind gales, no less than wind force 7, forced the Aida Luna cruise vessel to redirect its course. It needed to make a temporary berth in Hoek van Holland rather continuting to its destination in Ijmuiden. Due to these circumstances, they were faced with water supply needs in our region.

By pooling all our resources, we managed to rearrange our regular daily schedule and help them out with a drinking water delivery for their 2000 passengers. Their total water order amounted to around 600 tons of water.
